Our menu features the delicious fresh seafood of Queensland and Australia wide, according to the season. We continue to support local suppliers and farmers to ensure you can enjoy the best quality and freshest ingredients. Over 80% of our fresh seafood is sourced from Queensland alone, with other seafood produce coming from The Northern Territory, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia.
Head Chef Lucas’s passion and the importance he places on quality produce is evident in all the dishes he serves.
Continually trying to perfect his creations, Lucas experiments with various sauces and combinations, balancing the flavours until the dish is perfect and are testament to his inventiveness and drive.
The success of Fish Lovers has been largely due to the hard work and dedication of the owners Sam, Lucas & Tania. Head Chef Lucas and the support of the team who have helped maintain the high standards of food and service that Fish Lovers has become known for.
Lucas & Sam are keen to tell guests that Fish Lovers is family owned and operated, with each facet of the venue being overseen by a family member. Sam circulates on the floor of the restaurant and kitchen while Lucas handles all kitchen operations and Tania oversees the business.
And the Youngest member of the family, Matthew oversees the wash up area and preparation.
